The conversion of a three storey red brick faced office building to residential use in a conservation area in Aylesbury and later residential rooftop extension. The conversion of the existing B1 use class property to C3 residential use could be dealt with through permitted development.

In the second phase, options for various styles of rooftop extension enabled pre-application queries to be undertaken and a subsequent planning application was then submitted, for a rooftop extension onto the existing property providing three additional residential units, carried out together with PDA. Planning was granted for the scheme.
