£1.8 million commercial rooftop extension to a 1,200sqm existing light industrial building in Lambeth, London. Completed whilst working at FSP, the rooftop extension phase to Chester House was part of a series of development phases carried out around Kennington Park Business Centre, including the refurbishment and change of use of the existing property.
